Want it or not, the European Union is still a leading force in many things. Quality standards, systematizations, unique solutions – all these come from Europe, mainly Germany or France. The rest of the world, including the USA, China, and Russia, adapts and adopts the novelties.
But Europe is more of that. The land of freedom, great social care, planet-friendly philosophy, and practical applications of the three. It still represents the “cooperation of nations, personal freedom, and the welfare state”, as Slavoj Zizek, one of the world’s Top 100 Global Thinkers by Foreign Policy, exposed at the 17th Bled Strategic Forum.
This year’s Forum was focused, besides the war in Ukraine, on the energy crisis and the “new” geopolitics. Europe needs new strategic thinking. Due to the end of Russian fossil fuels, electricity market reform is needed as well.
According to the president of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen, the measures must include reducing dependence on “dirty Russian fossil fuels.” She emphasized the necessity of investing in green energy sources. “That’s why we will invest 300 billion euros to speed up the green transition,” she said.
This is the happy, optimistic face of the politicians, seasoned with excellent rhetoric and apparent optimism. But let’s be real. Yes, changes are a must. Some countries, especially Scandinavian ones, are accelerating the transition to green technology already. But this is their own, almost local decision, based on their mentality and values embedded in the nation, history, and culture.
How about other ones?
“Knowing what needs to be done is actually holding us back from taking action.” (Slavoj Zizek)
Maybe the most literal description gave Zizek at the above-mentioned Forum: “It’s not that we don’t know what’s going on. Just look at the big meetings. Glasgow, for example. Everything that was said there was true. But nothing happened. So we know what’s wrong, what needs to be done. Do you know what the problem is? Knowing what needs to be done is actually holding us back from taking action.”
These are very wise words. Luckily, we don’t need to wait. Especially not for politicians. Some great projects are already performing what even advanced Europe is hoping for.
One of them is Themis Ecosystem. A European US$ 22 billion giant, dedicated to a better world. It creates an organic environment for progressive green projects to get in touch with supporters. All projects that are included in Themis Ecosystem are already working. They are profitable, they solve at least one of the world’s most pressing problems, they are carbon dioxide negative, and they must provide a solution for at least fifty years ahead.
One of them is Project Phoenix8, for example. An emission-free technology that transfers waste into green electricity, with more than 98% economic efficiency. The other one is Biomass Ultima, another green waste-to-energy superstar with the highest efficiency on the market.
The Themis Ecosystem produces even some end-consumer products, like lab-made diamonds, organic carbon, and high-quality vegetable.
Themis Ecosystem as an answer to European bureaucracy, a new role model for green, self-sufficient societies
We can talk about the tipping point here because the system is already operating and producing results. The solution exactly matches the one politicians are hoping for or have plans for. Right now, the first European Themis Ecosystem factory is about to be built. After that, a quick expansion follows. “We would like to test the system and help Europe first,” said Roberto Hroval, the founder of the Themis Ecosystem, “then we are coming to America. You won’t need to wait for your companies to adopt our philosophy and technology, we are coming to you directly.”
The important fact is that Themis Ecosystem works as a closed loop where businesses operate hand in hand with the community.
Technologies, on the one side, solve big problems. On the other side, they provide clean, modern products directly to consumers, through a digitalized platform called Online Industrial Exchange or OIX.
This was achieved by replacing end-products with e-vouchers called Industrial Tokens or iTos. That way, all products were brought to a common denominator and can be traded on the digital exchange.
End-users are interested in buying iTos because they grow in value very fast. For example, Project Pheonix8’s Industrial Token PP8 iTo has already grown from US$ 0,20 to more than US$ 6,40 in a very short time.
Yes, this is the process that provides quite a bit. Waste in, green products out, CO2 reduction on personal and industry level, green-living support, self-sufficiency, and prosperity for lesser mortals. Namely, each iTo consists not only of an end product but of a proportional part of the CO2 reduction that the process creates.
Europe, have you even noticed? The USA, would you follow? Time will tell.
