Domingo Returns to ‘SNL’ as Sabrina Carpenter Parodies Taylor Swift’s ‘The Fate of Ophelia’: Enjoy

Domingo is back!

Throughout the cold open of Saturday Night Live‘s Oct. 18 episode, Marcello Hernandez repeated his repeating function as Domingo in a musical spoof together with host and musical visitor Sabrina Carpenter.

In the six-minute sketch, entitled “Domingo Cold Open,” Chloe Fineman’s character Kelsey tosses a birthday celebration for her other half Matthew (played by Andrew Dismukes). To commemorate, she employs her woman team to carry out a surprise musical number, total with modern-day pop parodies, about a current Nashville journey to purchase his present.

Things rapidly unwind when Kelsey’s good friends– played by Carpenter, Sarah Sherman, Ashley Padilla and Veronika Slowikowska– launch into parodies of Taylor Swift’s “The Fate of Ophelia” and Girl Gaga’s “Abracadabra,” exposing that Kelsey invested a night with Domingo throughout the journey.
