California Law Enforcement Officer Crashes Motorbike Into Crowd at Vacation Parade

A bike crash including a Palm Springs, CA law enforcement officer left 10 individuals, consisting of the officer, hospitalized throughout a yearly vacation parade over the weekend.

The mishap happened around 6 PM Saturday as numerous viewers collected to see the 32nd yearly Palm Springs Celebration of Lights Parade. Remarkable video published on social networks revealed the officer losing control of his bike before barreling into a crowd of neighboring individuals.

The law enforcement officer’s hand was supposedly severed throughout the mishap.

Palm Springs Cops Chief Andy Mills revealed his regret stating in part, “I feel awful about the mishap and injuries to the very individuals we secure. I am deeply worried and expect a comprehensive healing.”

The California Highway Patrol is performing a traffic examination, and an administrative evaluation by the Palm Springs Cops Department will follow. The Chief of cops ensured the neighborhood of openness, stating, “After we perform our examinations, I will report back to the neighborhood. Once again, I am genuinely sorry.”
