Kevin Costner is taking another swing at getting a judge to toss an unwanted sexual advances suit submitted versus him by a stunt entertainer who declares she was required to take part in an unscripted and unscheduled rape scene on the set of the Western movie series, “Horizon.”
The judge just recently tossed out 2 of Devyn Labella‘s 10 claims … however Costner simply appealed the choice in a quote to get the 8 staying claims dismissed … according to brand-new legal docs gotten by TMZ.
